We review our findings with management on an on-going basis and again before we finalize any recommendations.  This approach assures a complete understanding by all parties of the facts and circumstances surrounding each finding.  Moreover, you will remain informed as to the progress of the audit on a continual basis, which will permit you to take immediate action, if necessary, on any issue that may arise.
